"Collect third ECHO" is a mission objective in the story mission "The Secret Chamber" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Walkthrough

This is the easiest recording of them all to reach. You just need to make your way over to Security and head to Core Systems. When you make it in there, you will attacked by a group of Scavs. Just kill them all. One of them will drop the ECHO recording you are after.

You will need to deal with an Outlaw and 3 Lil' Scavs. One of them, at random, is holding Zarpedon's ECHO.

The Secret Chamber Mission Objectives

• Pick up Data Device
• Plug device into console
• Head to door
• Open door
• Collect first ECHO
• Collect second ECHO
• Collect third ECHO
• Return to door
• Open Door
• Open Zarpedon's chest
• Pick up last ECHO
