Head back toward the door you came through. You want to go toward the Black Market. The CU5TM-TP is knocking on the door just next to it. Just head over to the irate CL4P-TP and wait for Jack to get there. He will tell the Bot about the Meriff's misdeed and have MOxxi play the recording. The CU5TM-TP will be outraged and see that the Meriff doesn't have the paperwork completed to engage in such activities.
