"Find second colleague" is a mission objective in the story/side mission "Science and Violence" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the East through the door that Dr. Langois opened for you. This leads you to the Aquatic Observation Area. You will hear the second Scientist calling to you before anything. Deal with the Torks, Dredger and Spitter that come after you.
With the Torks defeated, head to the Northwestern corner of the room. You will find an open door. Head inside it to meet Dr. Torres. He will head to Jack's Office after you rescue his Teddy Bear from the Aquarium.

- Take cloaking device
