Walkthrough

Make your way across Outlands Canyon. You will need to get over to the Research Facility that sits on the Eastern side of it.

Go inside the Research Facility. Head over to the marked location in the Southeastern portion of it. Clear out the nearby scavs to make your life easier. Now you just need to find the spot to dig. There is a chance you will run into Loaded Outlaws while heading in. Take them out first!

Head over to where the ground has been dug up. You will see that it is empty. This is a problem. The good news is someone nearby looks like they might be able to help.
