Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the North from the Observation room that Dr. Langois is secure in. Follow the slope up and over to the right. Deal with the Spring Stalkers that attack you. Head over to the West and them turn to the North.
Go across the small steam. There are more Stalkers waiting on the other side. Just head over to the marked section of wall. You will see some rock framed. On the right-hand side of the frame you will see a scanner. Interact with it to find Observation Area 11-B.
