"Grab teddy bear" is a mission objective in the story mission "Science and Violence" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
After the access hatch opens you just need to drop down to the ground. Head over to the Teddy Bear and pick it up. Dr. Torres will open the access hatch back to his lab after that. Right after you kill the Torks and Tork Queen that appear in the tank.
