This cannibal enemy has a face shield on. This piece of armor protects the Hyperion Infected from the first head shot from the front. They jump around and roll more than other foes. These fellows charge and swipe at you.
They are melee focused. Knocking the helmet off will enrage them who will be more aggressive against you.
