"Kill Tungsteena Zarpedon" is a mission objective in the story mission "Eye to Eye" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
This is the second and final phase of the fight. Zarpedon is now out of her suit and a lot faster for it. Her soldiers will also go through a transformation. They are now Eternals. Kill them quickly. If damage, they can evolve and become a lot stronger. This is useful if you need a quick second wind but take them out as soon as they cross your line of fire.
Zarpedon, at range has only one attack. She will loose a blast of eridium energy at the Vault Hunter. It acts like a shotgun blast, spreading out over time. Keep this in mind as she points her palm at you.
She will use her melee weapon at every opportunity she can. It is very fast and hurts quite a bit. After a number of slashes, she will finish with a roundhouse kick that can send the Vault Hunter flying. She also has a very damaging Shockwave attack that she will loose if the Vault Hunter is in close to mid-range. It can avoiding by jumping over it. Just be sure to do so. It can take out a very big chunk of health. At mid range she will come leaping at you with her staff. It is very easy to dodge if you see her start jumping. Just keep moving to avoid the worst of it and cut her odds of her hitting.
Her shield has changed a bit it too. It is notable easier to get down and has a long recharge delay. The downside to this is that it has a very high recharge rate. This makes it very important to keep a constant stream of fire on her. Otherwise her shield will recharge to full without much. She will occasionally cart wheel to avoid your attacks. Just shift with her to keep the bullets flying.
Winning this fight is about keeping damage going at Zarpedon. If you can keep her shield down and pelt her with enough bullets, it won't be long until you claim victory. Keep on the move, take cover only when strictly needed. And remember to jump over the shockwave! Get through this fight and you will be moving onto the core of the Eye of Helios Laser!

- Get to laser core
- Meet up with Jack
- Prepare Eye for shutdown 0/3
- Initiate reboot sequence
- Return to command center
- Regain control of laser
