Open power stabilizer in Borderlands: The Presequel (BL:TPS)
"Open power stabilizer" is a mission objective in the story mission "Intelligences of the Artificial Persuasion" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the Eastern side of the Engine Room. You want to get to the high platform with the massive cylinder on it. There is a Jump Pad on either side of the platform that will let you get up there.
Once up, deal with the pair of Borrowed Laser Turrets. In the middle of the area you will find a control console. Interact with it to open the Power Stabilizer.
