Walkthrough

Head to the South and use the Jump Pad to quickly launch yourself out of the cave and back into the Crater of Misplaced Enthusiasm. Make the run from there over to the area Seymour's Silo. This is just off from Bogan's Warren. Just look for the Southern exit of it to locate this place. Head over to the Northeastern corner and go over to the Atmospheric room. You will find Seymour inside there. Talk with him to get the next objective.
