Walkthrough

Head for the Dahl Waystation. Head for the first building you see when approaching from this angle. There is an Active Airdome Generator on its Southern side.

Head for the Northern side and climb up onto the roof.

Opposite you is the transmitter you need to use. Just go over it to and interact with it.
