"Turn on Power" is a mission objective in the story mission "Let's Build a Robot Army" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
With the window broken thanks to the Cryo Barrels, the scavs can be shot at. You just basic Scavs to worry about. Maybe an odd Lil' Scav . This leads to the Power Control. Take some time to clear out the Scavs just to make your life easier to interact and search.
Head straight forward from the door you came through. Go on down the stairs to find the power switch. All you need to do is head down the stairs and over to the control panel there. Throw the switch there to turn the power back on. Do yourself a favor and immediately jump out of the water! It will instantly become electrified and you will start taking damage.
