Breath of the Wild: Little Sister's Big Request

Little Sister's Big Request is one of the sidequests in LoZ:BotW

Little Sister's Big Request is a Quest (Sidequest) in the game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Approach and talk with Jana at the South Akkala Stable.
Talking with her, she will ask for some Armoranth if you have some in your inventory.
Jana will ask for the Armoranth and will be grateful for it. She will then ask you to go talk with her sister about what kind of insects that she wants to see.
Gleema, Jana's sister, can be found on the Southern side of the Stables, running around and playing.
Find and talk with her to learn that she wants to see a variety of Darners.
Travel around Hyrule to find the various Dragonflies that she is talking about: the warm darner, a cold darner, and an electric darner.
Traveling to Tabantha Tower will make it easy to find both the Cold Darner in the nearby canyons or on the mountaintops.
Going to the Akkala Tower, taking Link into a region with a lot of rain, makes it easy to find the Electric Darner or the Warm Darner.
You can buy many of the Darners from Beedle by talking with him in different regions of Hyrule.
When you have all 3 types collected, return to the South Akkala Stable and talk with Jana.
Jana will try to take the Darners from you, but will be too scared by them. She will then ask Link to bring them to her sister for her.
Gleema will be ecstatic when you give them to her and rush over to show Jana.
After Jana calms down a little she will give you your reward for helping her out with her sister's present, a Silver Rupee.

Link: I'm just hanging out...

Jana: We'll see about that... Hmmm... What's that? What do you have there? That's Armoranth, isn't it? Could you...um...maybe give me some?

Link: Sure?

Jana: Thank you. For you to be walking around with my favorite plant... it seems you and I may get along after all. That said... Akkala is famous for... Well, nothing. So I have to ask... What could you possible have come here for?

Link: I'm a traveler.

Jana: I see... A traveler, eh? In that case, I have a request for you. My little sister, Gleema, is a huge fan of insects. I know, I don't get it either. But apparently there's a certain insect shy's dying to see in real life. She won't tell me about it, though. I suppose there are some things you just can't talk about with those you're closest to. Anyway, would you mind talkinig to her and trying to figure out which silly insect she's so crazy about? It's for her birthday... Think of it as a special birthday favor. Ooh, or even a birthday quest. Look, just do it, OK?

Gleema: Heeeeey, mister!

Link: What's up?

Gleema: Hey, guess what! I have? A SECRET! Wanna know what it is?!

Link: Tell me!

Gleema: Tee heeee! OK, I'm gonna tell you! Ready? Here it coooooomes! My big sister, Jana, hates dragonflies!

Link: Dragonflies?

Gleema: Yeah! I once saw pictures of a warm darner, a cold darner, and an electric darner in a book... But when I showed them to Jana, she said their eyes were creepy and got mad... Oh... That was a secret, wasn't it?! Jana is gonna be mad at me again! But I think that's because the pictures were all up close and stuff! I bet real ones are super cute! When I grow up, I wanna travel the world and meet some real dragonflies!

Gleema: Awww... I wasn't supposed to tell anyone that my big sister, Jana, hates dragonflies... Jana is gonna be mad at me again! But I think that's because the pictures were all; up close and stuff! Jana: Hey, the sun's pretty high in the sky, don't you think? Gleema... No... No way! Of all things, she wants to see a gross dragonfly?! A warm darner, a cold darner, AND an electric darner? Three different types?! Ugggh... Anything but dragonflies... Just thinking about their eyes makes me feel sick. Isee. So Gleema knows that I despise dragonflies, and that's why she wouldn't tell me how much she loves them... Well, this is her birthday wish... I didn't have a choice. Bring me a warm darner, a cold darner, and electric darner, please. I want to surprise Gleema, so don't her about this!

Jana: Hey... You already found them all, didn't you? *gulp* Right... in that case, may I have them? ... Ewww... BAH! I CAN'T DO THIS! Please give them to her... just give them to Gleema yourself!

Gleema: Oh! Hi, mister! Whaaaaaat?!

Link: These are for you.

Gleema: Really? What is it? What is it? ... WOW! Real-life dragonflies! Are these really for me?! Hey, Big Sis! Lookee, lookee! It's a real life warm darner! And a cold darner and an Electric Darner too!! I'll bring 'em over so you can see!

Jana: HEY! Cut it out!!

Jana: EEEEEEK!!

Jana: Hey. I've managed to calm down. Somehow. Now then.. I must thank for for catching those dragonflies. Here, take this. I'm fine with most insects. The only ones I simply can't stand are dragonflies. When I think about them looking at me with those evil eyes... *shudder* *sigh* That was rough. OK... I need to take a deep breath.

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]

Armoranth can found throughout the Akkala Highlands and is the reward for some simple quests like Frog Catching.
Cold Darner
Warm Darner
Electric Darner can only be found in rainy weather either in the Gerudo Desert or on the Thundra Plateau.
Most of the darners can be purchased from Wandering Merchants found throughout Hyrule.
Having the Sheikah Tablet upgraded to track things makes this quest a lot of easier.
Darners will fly away if Link runs at that, he needs to either walk or sneak up on them.
