Summary[edit]
- Most of the weapons in the game keep respawning in respawnable locations.
- A few weapons will go extinct after you exhaust all their locations or by upgrading the enemy tiers.
- If a weapon goes extinct, you will no longer be able to acquire it!

Forest Dweller's Sword[edit]
- The Forest Dweller's Sword becomes extinct after you've exhausted all its treasure chests and completed the Wood Trial once.
- Subsequent runs of the Wood Trial will not let you keep it
- You'll still be able to borrow it for mini-game.
Kite Shield[edit]
- Extinct after exhausting all its treasure chests and obtaining Selmie's only Kite Shield. But, Beedle can replace it once per game if he is at the Lakeside Stable.
Lynel Weapons[edit]
- Once all Red-Maned Lynels have upgraded, you can no longer obtain the Lynel Crusher or Lynel Spear. Since the Ploymus Mountain Lynel remains red, you can still obtain the Lynel Sword, Lynel Bow, and Lynel Shield.
- Once all Blue-Maned Lynels have upgraded, you can no longer obtain the Mighty Lynel Crusher or Mighty Lynel Spear. A Blue-Maned Lynel remains in Hyrule Castle's First Gatehouse. This Blue-Maned Lynel is glitched in that it won't drop its weapons unless you save and reload inside the gatehouse before defeating it. It drops a Mighty Lynel Sword, Mighty Lynel Bow, and Mighty Lynel Shield. The Lynel Spear is only missable in normal mode because in Master Mode a Lizalfo in the Akkala region caries one
