Breath of the Wild: Special Delivery

Special Delivery is one of the sidequests in LoZ:BotW

Special Delivery is a Quest (Sidequest) in the game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Talk with Finley who is at the shores of the Bank of Wishes, South of Zora's Domain.
Tell her you are a traveler and agree to follow the letter canister down stream.
Dive into the river and swim ahead of the letter container along the left-hand side.
Climb onto the first bank you come across.
There is a barrier blocking the container's path forward. Use either a Remote Bomb or Bomb Arrow to destroy it.
You can also go to the opposite side, pick up the container and throw it on past the barrier.
Continue along the river with the letter. Keep it in sight to avoid having it despawn.
Follow it over the first 2 waterfalls.
Glide over to the flat bank of the Zora River after the second waterfall.
Go forward, keeping pace with the letter container.
There is likely a Octorok just ahead of you and a small pocket that can sometimes catch the letter container on the far side of the river.
Watch the container to make sure it does not get caught. If it does, head over and throw it back into the main part of the river.
Continue forward past the rock bridge. There is likely a pair of Octorok waiting there.
Take them out one at a time then head down to the next rock bridge.
Wait for the container to come close then make your way over to the next waterfall.
At the top of this waterfall you will need to worry about a Lizalfos lurking around.
Be careful and watch for it if it gives chase. Keep your focus as much as possible on the letter container.
Just before the letter containers goes over the waterfall, glide down river.
Land on the nearby rock in the lake, kill the Lizalfos circling nearby it, then head for the Inogo Bridge.
Continue along the bank of the river, keeping ahead of the letter container as you head forward.
Go forward to the Lizalfos camp set up on the bridges further down the river.
Either throw a Remote Bomb into the water and detonate it when it hits the wooden barriers or use a Bomb Arrow to destroy it.
If you just destroy the crates, you will need to dive into the water and use the crate to push the letter container beyond the barrier.
Wait for the letter container to catch up before you move along.
Be careful as the letter container moves through the Lizalfos camp. There are numerous Lizalfos around and some Octorok.
Follow it to the Southwestern bank of the lake the river fed into.
Wait for the letter container to reach the bank.
Go to the camp there and look around for the Hylian who lives there, Sasan.
You can talk with him before the letter gets there to learn a little about him.
Once the letter arrives it will trigger a cutscene.
After that, travel back to Zora's Domain using Ne'ez Yohma Shrine.
Go up the stairs, and go on up ramp on the Western side.
Go to the first pillar in the area to find both Finely and Sasan.
Talk with Finley to complete the quest.
Link will be rewarded with a Gold Rupee.

Finley: Carry my thought... to him... Hm? Do you have a wish for the water fairy too? Oh... I suppose not. If you did, you'd have a letter to send. But wait, does that mean you're... a servant of the water fairy?!

Link: That's right.

Finley: That can't possibly be so... Please don't make fun of me just because I'm a cute girl. If you're a traveler, that's lucky for me! OH, WOW! If that's the case, I have an important request for you! Once I release it, I'd like you to follow my love letter and get to know whoever picks it up. Once you do that, please report back to me so I can find out what kind of person he is... I know, I know. You're probably thinking, "Why not just go yourself, lazy girl?!" I'm right, aren't I? the thing is I promised my mother I wouldn't venture too far. So I'm begging you. Please... find the person who picks up this letter. OK?

Link: Fine...

Finley: Tee hee! Thank you! Excellent! OK, I'm going to throw the letter in now! Are you ready?

Link: OK

Finley: These letter containers break easily, so please be careful.

Sasan: Good morning. Sorry for the random question, but have you ever been to Zora's Domain?

Link: Yes.

Sasan: I see... Is it far from here?

Link: It's not that far.

Sasan: I see... Oh! Sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. I am Sasan, the traveling merchant. I was on my way to Zora's Domain... but a love letter in this inlet caught my eye. The writer seems to be a lovely Zora named Finley. I've been corresponding with her by giving my replies to travelers heading to Zora's Domain. So then... Next it's her turn to write, so I'll just wait here awhile.

Sasan: So... you were following this letter?

Link: Yes.

Sasan: Hm, so she asked me to come down here and see what kind of person I am. Is that it? Well, earlier I lied when I wrote to her that I was a buff traveler. She said she wanted to meet me, but... Even though I'm dying to meet her, I can't do it. I've really blown it. If I had known this would happen - that I'd fall for her - I never would've lied...

Link: Love reigns supreme.

Sasan: Love reigns supreme... Hmm. I suppose it does. Ya know, hearing that does make me feel a little better. OK! It's time for me to take a chance and try to meet her... Oh, that reminds me... I wonder if the torrential rain has stopped. She's waiting in Zora's Domain. That's what her letter says, anyway. So I'll achieve two goals at the same time and train up my mucles on the way there! I'll get super beefy! Yeah, that's the ticket! I'll run all the way to the domain! Catch ya later! We'll meet again at Zora's Domain.

Finley: Oh! It's you! Hey, Sasan! this is the guy who made sure my letter reached you safely!

Sasan: Oh! It's you! As you can see, I somehow made it to Zora's Domain. Thanks to you, I managed to work up the courage to finally meet Finley. At least, that's how I see it.

Sasan: Finley and I discussed it, and we decided we just HAD to thank you the next time we saw you. So here... This is from both of us. Thank you for everything!

Finley: Sasan! Be sure to swim and climb and lift and stuff. A LOT. That will help you build up those muscles you promised me!

Sasan: As you wish... my darling... I'll try my best...
