Breath of the Wild: The Seven Heroines

The Seven Heroines is one of the sidequests in LoZ:BotW

The Seven Heroines is a Quest (Sidequest) in the game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Talk with Rotana to get the shrine quest itself.
Visit any of the Sand Seal merchants to rent a Sand Seal for a quicker trip to the ruins that you need to reach.
Travel to the East toward the quest marker, this location has been marked on your map when the quest is active.
Follow the leviathan bones to the East of Gerudo Town or head to the South from the entrance of the Gerudo Desert.
There you will find the East Gerudo Ruins with 7 Heroine Statues.
Each of them has a basin in front of their feet. On each of the statues, either on their feet, chest or sword hilt you will find an emblem.
Around the area you will find Metal Spheres with symbols on them. Most are on the ground. 1 can be found on the arms of the statue with the broken sword.
These Metal Spheres with symbols cannot be picked up and must be lifted using Magnesis.
The first statue to the South is the only one to start with the proper sphere in its basin. If you look at the symbol on its foot and the one in the basin, you will see it matches.
To the North of that you will want to head up the dune toward the statue.
Nearby the base of its sword you will find a Metal Sphere with a Yellow Arrow emblem on it
To the left of the one to the West is a Blue Flame with circle at its base.
On the Northern most statue, up on its arms above its broken sword, you will find the Yellow Circle Sphere.
Climb up to the arms and head to its hands then use Magnesis to drop the Sphere down to the ground below.
The Green Line Metal Sphere is found in front of the Statue to the right (Northeast) of the Northern most statue. It sits at the point of the sword in ground.
The Eastern statue has its Sphere sitting to the right of the basin. This one has a Reddish apostrophe mark on i.
The Southeastern basin has it's sphere with 2 dots just in front of its basin, toward the middle section.
In the Southeastern basin you will find a metal sphere in it with 2 parallel lines. If you move close to the feet of this statue you will see a raised portion there with the same symbol on it.
With the all spheres located, it is time to get them all into position.
In the Southeastern corner, you will want to bring over the blue flame sphere and drop it into the basin.
In the Eastern basin, place the Metal Sphere with Green line style markings on it.
In the Northeastern basin, you will want to drop in the Sphere with the 2 Dots on it.
The Northern basin gets the Metal Sphere with the Yellow Circles on it.
The Northwestern Basin needs the yellowish pointed emblem Sphere.
The Western Basin needs the Red Apostrophe Sphere. Place it in the basin.
When all the right Spheres are in the right Basins, then the Shrine will rise out of the sands.

Rotana:It was over there the whole time? I thought it strange that the sandstorm over there never lifted... Mmm... Huh? And what is a Hylian vai like yourself doing here?

Link: What are you doing?

Rotana: I'm an archaeologist...of sorts. I was just poring over some ancient text that I discovered the other day... And I've finally decoded it! Well...part of it at least...But the rest is not far off. With this discovery, I'll finally be able to make a name for myself as an archaeologist! OF COURSE! You and I meeting here is no coincidence. I've never been one to question fate. I can't explain why...but I trust you for some reason. I'll tell you the details of my research if you can keep a secret.

Rotana: There's a temple east of here near the entrance to the Gerudo Desert. It's dedicated to the seven giant statues of the heroines, said to be the divine protectors of the Gerudo. It was at this temple that I originally discovered the ancient scripture. It reads: "When the symbols of the seven symbols of the seven find their place, the blessed path will be revealed." ... That's all I've been able to decipher so far. But as far as I can tell, it doesn't appear that anyone has found it yet...

Rotana: I'm not sure what exactly it means, but maybe I'll find out once I've deciphered more of the text.I'm not sure if this is related, but it's said the heroines held powers that were part of a bigger whole. Each heroine had a different power: skill, spirit, endurance, knowledge, flight, motion, and gentleness. Before long, I'll understand the entire text! Fortunately that Divine Beast has quieted down, so I can duct my research in peace.

Summary[edit]

There are statues of the seven heroines east of Gerudo Town. They may have something to do with the location of a hidden shrine.

First, solve the meaning behind the message: "When the symbols of the seven find their place, the blessed path will be revealed."

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]

Riding a Sand Seal to the location makes it easier to reach from Gerudo Town.
Searching the area with Magnesis active makes it very simple to find the various marked Metal Spheres.
