Breath of the Wild: The Spring of Power

The Spring of Power is one of the sidequests in LoZ:BotW

The Spring of Power is a Quest (Sidequest) in the game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Talk with Nobo in the East Akkala Stable to learn about the Spring of Power.
Visit the Spring of Power, find the Memory there and interact with the Goddess Statue to learn what you need to bring.
Visiting the Spring and interacting with the Goddess Statue will help ensure the proper trigger for the next part.
Travel out to the East Deplian Badlands, found on the Northern base of Death Mountain in the Eldin Region.
Go to the Skull Marked location, a large stone to the West of the Leviathan Bones
Create a camp fire at the base of the stone and wait until morning.
In the morning, climb up the slope and face to the West.
Dinraal will come down from the sky and fly toward you.
Once the updrafts start, jump toward the dragon and fire an arrow at its body.
The location the arrow hits will light up and a chime is heard.
A spark will leap off the dragon after a short while and land a short to moderate distance from the Dragon.
Collect the Dinraal's Scale that has come off them.
With the Scale in hand, fast travel to the East Akkala Stable via Katosa Aug Shrine.
Go to the Stable, collect your horse and travel to the West, down the hill.
The Spring of Power is only a short distance from the Stable and almost directly West.
Drop down into the grotto the Spring is found in.
Approach the statue, staying in the water, go into your inventory and select "Hold" for Dinraal's Scale.
Drop the scale in the water in front of the Statue to trigger the gate in front of the Shrine opening.
This will grant access to Tutsuwa Nima Shrine

Nobo: Hello. Hm? I haven't seen you around here. Boy, you have strange tastes. You look like someone who has traveled willy-nilly all over the world.

Link: Who are you?

Nobo: Sorry. I haven't introduced myself. I'm Nobo. I've traveled everywhere, but at the end of the day, I like Akkala best of all. That's why I'm pretty familiar with stuff around here. Is there something you wanna know?

Link: This area?

Nobo: Let's see... If you go west of the stable, there's a sacred place call the Spring of Power! "Offer the sacred article to the Spring of Power." Thath's what the legend says. Maybe it was part of a ritual the princess of Hyrule Castle used to perform? Anything else you wanna know?
