The Super Mutant is an enemy type in Fallout 4.
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- All Super Mutants are changed by various strands of the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus).
- Super Mutants are immune to radiation damage and sterile.
- Most Super Mutants will survive the transformation process and become incredibly durable and strong. However, they lose much in the way of intelligence.
- Only rare Super Mutants will receive a boost to their intelligence when exposed to FEV.
- FEV was developed as a counter-measure to Chinese Biological weapons.
