'Rubberized Pandemic red letter text "Spread the Sickness legendary orange grenade by Vladof, was dropped by a loot midget in a dumpster near where you do the "No Hard Feelings" mission in Tundra Express. Didn't see it on the list provided here so I thought I'd just write it down for everyone.
