• Head to the South of Wizard Island and along the roads to get to the destination.
• When you reach the search area, turn the motorcycle around to face the South.
• This is just setting up for the chase that is coming after this.
• Head to the railing overlooking the lake here and look for the blood along it.
• Investigate it to trigger the next objective, a chase.
