These are the Major Variant of Hobgoblins.
They are far more durable and have a slightly stronger gun. The Solar SHield still lasts about the same time. Just like all other Vex, they will march toward their foe. The thing is these will actively try to ambush you and engage at a distance as much as possible. Given the chance they will use their rifles to give Sniper support to anyone else around.
