This is the Major Variant of the Minotaur
These Vex will move straight toward you. They have Void Aligned shields, so they can be very easily taken down with the right weapon. The problem is they like to blink out when they are attacked initially. You need to watch your fire when this is happening if you are low on ammo. Just aim for the middle of the torso.
Just like the Goblin, if their head is destroyed, they will simply charge their target relentlessly.
