Balwur is a Hive Wizard you need to defeat in the time allowed. Most of the arena has the Burning effect on it. You can only stop it by killing the Acolytes of Balwur.
There are 2 Acolytes of Balwur that will spawn in. Once the Acolytes are defeated then a small portion of the center of the arena will be safe. To trigger this, the Acolytes need to be killed in or near that area. You can use this area to get damage in on Balwur without taking burning damage. The window of opportunity lasts for a fair while. Retreat underneath the Court portal when the brief sanctuary closes up. From there, defeat the Acolytes against to create another window of opportunity.
