Go back to the early missions and set them to Normal difficulty. Just run through a few times and you will complete this bounty.
While it can done easily by exploring Old Russia, the various areas with the scattered level zones can make this very difficult to deal with. You can also simply farm particular areas of Old Russia because during Exploration Drop Ships will restock the area.
