There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Campus 9. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head out into the Campus 9 area. You need to do some impressive jumping (and having the Glide/Triple jump ability is very helpful). Head over to the Red building and jump up onto it. From there jump up onto the ledge above you. Head over to the corner where you see it worn away. This is the tricky part as you need to jump up to it and land it. It is a narrow target and can take a few tries.
Once you make it up, turn over to the left. Look across the gap where you see the slow blink of the Dead Ghost to the left.
