There are 2 Dead Ghost to be found in Circle of Bones. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head into the Circle of Bones. Turn over to the left and head down the corridor there. Be careful as there are higher leveled Hallowed Knights there. Either quickly kill them or run past them.
Head down to the end of the walkway. Jump up onto the railing and head toward the walkway that you can see just beyond it.
Head down that passage and keep an eye to the right. You will see the Dead Ghost on that side.
Ghost 2[edit]
This Ghost can only be found in the Circle of Bones during the Shrine of Oryx mission. Head inside the Circle of Bones. You can see the hanging lights suspended from the ceiling. Turn to the right.
Head over to the right and look for this suspended ceiling light.
Head to the far end of the light, close to the massive doorway. Sitting on the central lighting tube is the Dead Ghost.
