Crucible Marks, a currency of Destiny.
A currency used strictly among the Crucible. These marks can be traded in to the Crucible Handler in The Tower. It is one of three currencies used within The Tower.
Crucible Marks are earned by completing specific missions while out exploring. They are selectable when choosing a destination.
No more than 100 can be earned in a single week.
Once a Guardian reaches level they will start earning these marks. They will receive 3 Crucible Marks for every match their team wins and 2 for every match their team loses.

Crucible Marks can be used to purchase Legendary weapons and armor in The Tower.
Update[edit]
Crucible Marks have been replaced by Legendary Marks. There is no limit to how many can be earned in a single week.
