Summary[edit]
Master Rahool is the resident Cryptarch in The Tower. Master Ives serves the Queen in the same capacity out in The Reef.
They are very good at decoding Engrams that are found in the field or sold by them. These Engrams give randomly generated weapons and armor. They can also give Strange Coins and Materials of the same grade.
