“Destroy Sepiks Perfected” is an objective in the Strike Sepiks Perfected in Destiny: Rise of Iron
Walkthrough[edit]
The time has come to face down the improved Sepiks Prefected. There is a bit more to the fight than there was in the first strike many played. For the first part of the fight, Sepiks is exposed. Pull out your Sniper Rifles, Rocket Launchers and whatever high damage/impact weapons you have and start unloading on it. Save your Duration supers for now and use things like Golden Gun or Nova Bomb. When it teleports, stop, reload and look toward Sepiks. If it does nothing, keep shooting, otherwise you have something to do.
Eventually it will teleport to the back and shield itself. The color of the shield will tell you what is coming next. You will encounter a wave of Splicers Dregs and Shanks. To break the shield around Sepiks you will need to find and kill the Captain that has the Launcher you need. This can be a Scorch Captain, Shock Captain or Null Captain. They will all drop a Single Shot launcher. Expect to encounter a few of each during the fight. Likely one will be an Elite while the other is a Red Health enemy.
Collect the Launcher after you defeat the Captain and fire off the shot at Sepiks. You can either just detonate it immediately or let it charge to break the shield and do some additional damage to Sepiks. This begins the next damage phase for Sepiks. Start unloading on it. Aim for its eye as much as possible for maximize your damage.
This will be repeated until Sepiks dies. Be wary of using the back left room for cover. It is a great location to be safe during any variant of this fight. Occasionally enemies will come up the stairs so be ready for them.
