There is a Dead Ghost to be found in Dig Site 4. This ghost can only be collected during the Strike: The Nexus. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head into Dig Site 4. Look for the room with the large tank that has some strange metal in it. Just head straight across the room.
On the far side of the room you will find a small office. Head over to the sink in the middle of it. Inside the sink you will find the Dead Ghost:
