There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in Cosmodrome. They can be collected during patrol or The Walls Come Down.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Clovis Bray 1.9[edit]
Found either during The Walls Come Down or a patrol, make your way out to where you started the game. This is through the Breach.
Once inside head up the left-hand side. Look to the left-hand wall.
Go to the second pillar on the left-hand side. Down at the base of the pillar, you will find the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
