There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in Plaguelands the Divide. They can be collected during any patrol or The Walls Come Down.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Iron Lords 2.0[edit]
This SIVA Cluster is found in the Divide. Head on out to the center of the area.
Go to the wrecked Walker. On the right-hand side of the Walker you will find the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
