There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in The Divide. They can be collected during any patrol or The Walls Come Down.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Iron Lords 2.1[edit]
Go toward the ruined sections of Highway in the Divide. Get on top of the broken pipe in the very back of the Divide by the broken overpass.
Turn back to the broken overpass and look for the glowing red dot.
