There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in Felwinter Peak. They can be collected during any patrol or King of the Mountain.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Iron Lords 2.9[edit]
This SIVA Cluster can be found close to the slope of the slope after you have jump from the gondola. This can also be reached while in the Iron Temple Social Space with the proper item.
W#hen you reach the bottom of of the slope, go to the right edge and jump for the next ledge over. it is very hard to see from where you are starting the jump. Having a sword equipped helps a lot to make it easier to see.
