There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in the Iron Temple. They can be collected during any patrol or King of the Mountain.

Dormant SIVA Cluster: Fallen 3.0 (King of the Mountain)[edit]
During your fight with Sepiks Perfect there will be a Skiff that comes in on the right-hand side. Wait for it to come to a stop and then make a running jump for it.
Wait on the Skiff until it starts to leave this area. All the while you will need to dodge attacks from Sepiks. When it goes by the Tower in front of the Iron Temple, make a long jump for it. You will find the Dormant SIVA Cluster at the base of the model on the building's rooftop.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Fallen 3.0 (Iron Temple)[edit]
You must have completed the Wrath of the Machine Raid and possess a Isenfyre Token. Bring this to the central fire pit in the Iron Temple and you will see you can interact with it. Do so.
You will be launched up to the top of the tower in front of the Temple. At the base of the model on the roof you can find the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
