There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in The Devils' Lair. They can be collected during any patrol or Sepiks Perfected Strike.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Fallen 3.5[edit]
Head to the back of the area where you fight Sepiks Perfected. Go to the downslope on the left-hand side of the arena. This is closer to the water.
Go over to the right-hand wall and turn around. Just underneath the collapsed walkway you will find the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
