There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in Apex. They can be collected during Wrath of the Machine.
Dormant SIVA Cluster: Fallen 3.7[edit]
This cluster can be found after landing on the island after the Siege Engine. From where you landed, look along the right-hand side of the Island. You will find a hidden path leading down along the side of the Island.
Follow this over to the left and look underneath the ledge there. You will find the Dormant SIVA Cluster in there.
