There is a Dormant SIVA Cluster to be found in Splicer's Den. They can be collected during Wrath of the Machine.
Dormant SIVA Cluster:[edit]
Proceed forward through the Jumping Puzzle to the grate that leads you to the next section of the Raid. Only look at the grate. If the team stands on it, it will give and lead you into the next section of the raid. Instead, turn around and head back out to the entrance of this corridor. Turn to the left and follow the ledge there.
Follow the ledge along to its edge. When you reach the edge you will need to jump the gap into the mist beyond it.
Follow this path to the end of the wall. Climb up into the top left corner to find the first SIVA Cluster. Warlocks can lift themselves up to the first bar just above the ledge you are on. Hunters can jump across to the far side where there is a platform they can use to gain more height and reach the Cluster. Titans have the option of either depending on their set-up.
