There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Download Complete. They can be collected during any patrol or mission. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Within the Dust Palace you can find an elevator shaft during Download Complete. Drop down the shaft and head forward.
Go to the back right portion of the computer room. Go behind the console just to the right of the one of the console marked.
