Dumuzod is a large Taken Knight that is the Zealot Champion of the Taken. He can be encountered by clearing the previous waves of Taken when using the Charged Agonarch Rune.
This Taken Knight will stay in the area that he spawns in. The farthest it will go is the close to the top of the stairs from the pool its originated above. As much as possible, aim for its head to maximize damage when you are shooting it.
There are lots of Taken that will be supporting this Zealot. You can charge your super by killing off the other Taken. Be sure to take out the Taken Wizards quickly to minimize the Shadow Thrall that it can spawn.
