There is 1 Dead Ghosts to be found in the Dust Palace. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head through the Dust Palace until you reach this room with the massive windowed wall. Head up the stairs shown. Follow them over to the left.
You will see a crate at the end of the walkway just before it goes to a doorway. Jump up onto the crate and from there jump up onto the ledge above.
Make your way along the ledge. Toward the middle of it you will find the Dead Ghost
