Task 1[edit]
Getting the Bounty
This Bounty can be acquired from the Final Boss of the Level 34 and 35 Prison of Elder Arena Challenge. Be sure you have an open bounty slot as it will not go to the Postmaster.
Task 2[edit]
Take the Elder Cipher to Variks in the Reef. He will offer you the choice of 3 weapons:

Choose whichever you want. You will be given the choice again at the end of the Bounty.
Task 3[edit]
Complete the Prison of Elders Arena Challenge on Level 32, 34 or 35. Open the big Treasure Chest at the end of it with a Treasure Key. This has a chance to complete the bounty.
Task 4[edit]
Wait. This can take a day or more for this part to complete.variks will call you back when the Cipher is ready.
Task 5[edit]
"Elder Cipher is fixed. But locked .Take this to Arena. Defeat foes. Cipher will watch. Cipher will judge. And we become Kells, yes?"
