Electrostatic Mind is an ability in the Stormcaller Subclass for Warlocks.

Stormtrance charges faster when allies are near. When Stormtrance is active, nearby enemies take damage.
Effects[edit]
Anything that boosts the recharge rate of a Super comes recommended. Great in co-op missions where you need to work closely with your allies.
