The “Encumbered” Status in Destiny.
The "Encumbered" status is one of many in the game of Destiny. It is unique to the Wrath of the Machine.

Duration: 10 seconds
When the Guardian under the "Encumbered", they move slowly. These Guardians only have their basic jump available to them and cannot double jump.
When the timer runs out then they will get a second status: Exhausted. This can also happen when they set the part down.
