Walkthrough[edit]
Summon up your Sparrow and head out toward the Shattered Coast. Fight your way on through the Fallen along the Shattered Coast. Make your way across to the middle where the Fallen guard the entrance to the Ishtar Academy. Deal with the Vandal and the Dregs that are in front. Head inside:
Head down the sunken passage way on the left and follow it into the next area: Ishtar Academy. Be careful entering here as you are walking into a full on fireteam between the Fallen and the Vex. Either fight your way across the Dregs, Vandals, Goblins and the Minotaur. Get through them and head to the far side of this library area. This will lead you out to the Ishtar Commons. There is even more Fallen vs. Vex conflict here. Just expect to encounter a Captain here.
Head into the Ishtar Commons and go over to the left. Inside this building you will be walking into a small group of Fallen. There is a Captain and a number of Vandals:
Once inside head directly underneath the Double staircase. Go through the broken door there. Head over to the left and follow the corridor for a minute. Follow it the right into the Hall of Whispers.
