Walkthrough[edit]
The self-destruct will trigger and then there are explosions throughout the SIVA replication chamber. If you still have the axe, just turn and run the other way from the control console. Without the Axe, still, turn and run. Just start sprinting and you will not want to stop. You only have 1 minute to make it out of this area before you die.
The first part is simple enough with just running straight forward. There is a little weaving to avoid the SIVA tendrils that are flailing about on the sides of the walkway.
When you reach the next portion where you are closing on the entrance you should expect Splicers. Ignore the Splicers and simply run forward. You can lob a grenade or fire a few shots. Do not linger or you have an increased chance of dying. Just press forward and get out that door.
Once you are beyond the doors you entered this complex through, you are safe. You can stop running and you will have completed the mission.
