In the next room you will find the final portion of the Cabal Recon Squad. This start easily enough with a number of Legionaries. Clear them out and you have Phalanx and Psions to deal with. They come with even more Legionaries. Defeat all of them and Bracus Tha'aurn with yet more Phalanx and a Psion will appear.
Keep on the move. There is a lot of cover that can be used in this area. Keep it between him and you when you need to cover. Save at least some of the minions for ammo drops. Still, you can easily take them out to make your life easier and just focus on the boss. Keep on the move and take down the shield. After that it isn't too hard to finish of Bracus.
