Walkthrough[edit]
Start down the corridor in front of you. Pay attention as there are some active Vex ahead of you. There are 4 Goblins waiting among the Stasis Vex. They are very quickly joined by some Harpies and a Minotaur in the back of the room. Keep back toward the stairs that you cross to get into this section of the corridor. This will give you more cover to work with. Clear out all of these Vex then head around the corner and drop into the next section of it.
You will see a Vex Cloud and a number of Harpies and a Minotaur will appear in front of you. As you push further into the room, you will encounter Hobgoblins and more Goblins. Clear all of them out. Be sure to use the corner and the various bits of cover to keep alive.
Head around the next corner when you have dealt with all of the Vex. You will enter a Darkness Zone that will last for the next few objectives. Follow the path outside to see the main core of the Black Garden. Turn to the right after that. You need to keep pressing on.
Go along the path to the right. You will encounter more Goblins on the ground. On the ledge above the next corridor, you will see a pair of Hobgoblins. If you clear out most of the Vex in this area, another group of Vex will appear via a Vex Cloud. You will have more harpies, Goblins and a Major Cyclops. The Cyclops is the biggest threat so focus on that. Keep your distance and pick it off. When it is destroyed, move in to clear out the remaining Goblins. If you need more ammo, then you will need to do that sooner.
Head across the field and into the next marked corridor. Reload everything and get ready for the next step on the path forward to the Heart of the Black Garden.
