Walkthrough

Within Campus 9 you will find an Arc Charge. Having a Hunter along as a Nightstalker with their enhanced radars. Their enhanced radar will actually display the location of the Arc Energy storage.

This one Arc Charge can always be found in the watery area of Campus 9. Head into the lower area to start the search.

Head underneath the building above. Go into the cave you find and go to the end. At the back of the cave you will find the Arc Energy.
