This guy seems just exist to kill Guardians. He has enough aid that taking him down is no small matter. He is a great target to use Supers against. This is best done after you tear down his shield.
Your main concerns are going to the Reaver Vandals with Grayliks, Winter Baron. The Baron is the hardest of everyone to take down. You want to be using a Typed Weapon against him. If at all possible, Arc to deal with his shield quickly. Keep on the move as much as possible and keep plenty of cover between the Baron and you when you are dealing with the rest of his forces.
